It's a full session, the same work I do with anyone at the board. You bring what's live, we think it through together, and you leave with a real conclusion, not a summary of what we could do if you signed up. If it turns out to be a fit, we'll talk about working together. If it doesn't, you've still spent a genuinely useful hour. Either way, the hour is yours.
