TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching programmes delivered by Catalyst Growth Coaching, including but not limited to Lead Strong, Build Strong, and Team Strong. By enrolling in any programme, you agree to the terms set out below.

THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP

Coaching is a professional development process designed to support clarity, performance, and effectiveness. Coaching is collaborative and action-focused. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or mental health care. The client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Catalyst Growth Coaching operates in alignment with the ethical standards of the International Coach Federation. Clients are encouraged to review the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics prior to commencing coaching.

PROGRAMMES AND SERVICES

Lead Strong, Build Strong, and Team Strong are delivered as coaching programmes or subscriptions, depending on the offer selected at the point of purchase. Programme details, session frequency, access level, and duration are defined on the relevant programme page or checkout page at the time of enrolment. Only the services explicitly included in the selected programme are provided. Additional services are not included unless agreed in writing.

SUBSCRIPTION MODEL AND ACCESS

Where coaching is delivered via a monthly subscription, clients are paying for access to coaching, time allocation, and resources. Fees are payable regardless of session attendance. Unused sessions or missed appointments are not refunded, credited, or carried forward unless explicitly stated.

PAYMENTS

All fees are billed in advance according to the payment plan selected at checkout. Payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided. If a payment fails, access to coaching services may be paused until payment is received. Payments more than 14 days overdue may incur interest at a rate of 2 percent per month.

RESCHEDULING AND ATTENDANCE

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a coaching session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Attendance and engagement are the responsibility of the client.

CANCELLATION AND NOTICE

Ongoing programmes and subscriptions require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. All payments due within the notice period remain payable. No partial refunds are provided for unused time or unused access during a billing period.

PAUSE POLICY

In exceptional circumstances, a client may request a temporary pause of up to one month. Pause requests must be made in writing and are subject to approval. Only one pause is permitted within any 12-month period.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to engage respectfully, communicate honestly, and take responsibility for applying insights gained through coaching. Results depend on the client’s commitment and actions between sessions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information shared within coaching is treated as confidential. Confidentiality may be broken if required by law, if there is risk of harm, or if illegal activity is disclosed. Anonymous themes or scenarios may be discussed for professional supervision or development purposes without identifying the client.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All coaching materials, tools, frameworks, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Catalyst Growth Coaching. Clients may use materials for personal or internal business development only. Materials may not be copied, distributed, or shared externally without written permission.

DIGITAL CONDUCT

Sessions may not be recorded, photographed, or shared without prior written consent from both parties. Reasonable measures are taken to protect privacy and data security during online delivery.

OUTCOMES AND LIMITATIONS

Coaching supports growth and performance but does not guarantee specific business, financial, or career outcomes. No results are guaranteed or implied.

TERMINATION

Catalyst Growth Coaching reserves the right to terminate a coaching relationship immediately if payments fail, confidentiality is breached, or behaviour is inconsistent with a professional coaching relationship.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Catalyst Growth Coaching is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for coaching services.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
